Pre-Shoot Questionnaire
If you wish to participate in the filming of the microfilms, you can apply. You just have to send me the questionnaire filled in below, as well as your possible questions or remarks. You will receive an answer very quickly. Some of you might be put off by the pornographic character of many of my questions and it is true that in absolute terms, I am always looking for ideal partners, such as I fully appreciate, having enough humour and freedom to have fun in any situation, while showing fantasy and mastery in their play. If you are interested in the meeting I am proposing, please respond, including with your reservations. This does not commit either of us. I specify, as it is also said in the general conditions, that these participations are not remunerated and that any shooting requires a signed written agreement, as well as a renunciation of your image rights within the strict framework of the exploitation of these films by David Noir Production.

These questions are simply for information purposes to give an idea of what you would consider doing on camera and how comfortable you are with showing your body.
They do not commit you in any way, nor do they determine the possible scenes. This questionnaire is therefore just a basis for discussion, but is nevertheless important.

General conditions of participation in filming
The acceptance of the following filming conditions conditions your participation
- Be at least 18 years old on the first day of shooting.
- Acknowledge having fully understood the extent of the involvement required, both physical and mental, to perform the services requested.
- Waive all rights to the image of this material at the end of these performances (Participants will be asked to sign a waiver in this regard before the shooting).
- Waive the right to inspect these images.
- Accept their distribution and use in any product made by David Noir Production (Internet broadcast, DVD ...)
- To have understood that the participation in David Noir's films was free of charge (except in the case of a contract between David Noir Production and the performer); that these performances did not give rise to any remuneration, neither at the time of the shooting, nor afterwards (no rights received in case of broadcasting or exploitation on any medium whatsoever).
- Filling in this form does not imply participation in a shooting. It is requested primarily for information purposes as a preliminary to a possible working discussion if a project is proposed to you.
About the collection of personal data
The information collected on this form has been the subject of a request for authorization to the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés) registered under N°1894606 and is kept in a computerized file by David Noir as a prelude to possible filming.
The legal basis for the processing is established from those implemented by the RGPD (General Data Protection Regulation).
The data collected will be communicated to the following recipient only: David Noir.
The data is kept for 5 years.
You can access your data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data by making a request via the site contact form.
