Opéra Pastille is a musical black widow who ingests her audience by liquefying their organs after listening.
Christophe Imbs and David Noir compose the two mandibles, leaving the spectators to mutate into pairs of legs as soon as the thread reaches its end.
Ultimately, this is the story of a woman who prefers to think of her tumor as a pregnancy.
Pastille is attached to the radiator in Esther's apartment. It is so named because of the small round disc, as big as a coin, which appeared after its birth at the place of an embryo of atrophied arm, which soon dried and fell. From the small round spot that became fibrous, developed over the years the claw that today serves as his arm. Thus equipped, it clings to the facts and gestures of Esther's life, forced to adopt it by force of circumstance.
Esther
Alligator clip
Bite of your hand annihilates me
Of ecstasy and torment
Sure death, your child's embrace
Crustacean lullaby of my body's movements
Veinous voluptuousness your charming forehead falls asleep
Unruly Crab
Fruit on my feverish insides
Integumentary acid
Secure the hold of your teeth
Crustacean lullaby will sway my fate
Veinous voluptuousness with which my soul restores itself
