Imprint of the living | Why is the fang going off?

Footprint of the living

It's alive !

Scrap continues its journey in the mind of those who have wished to grasp bits and pieces of it as it passes.

No other ambition for this mosaic of meanings and impressions

The best conditions are met for the living to give way to the imprint, to empty itself of its substance, for the fossil mould to crystallize around the dead body. The best conditions are met for the living to give way to the imprint, to be emptied of its substance, for the fossil mould to crystallize around the dead body. Petrified. There is no more desirable fate for the living that has just passed away.

The camps of Amor exhale and embalm. This could be a slogan on the front of a funeral home decorated with fresh flowers. It is not about reproducing the living. Putting life into a representation of life does not mean delivering an imperfect copy. Reproducing life in the strict sense is the business of people who give birth. There is no need for a representation for that. We make. It's good; it's done; it works ... or not. But that's another story. It's the business of other stories, not the ones I go through in dreams. I never dreamed of giving birth. Life is not a mystery since anyone can reproduce it by one means or another. The living is of another nature. That of an essence. The living is not a running child or a bird that flies away. This is life, nothing else. It is within reach if you want. The living is what moves life. It is what moves through life. It is the consciousness of being inside, of seeing, touching and hearing. Nothing to do with the do. When we create, we don't do. Doing is upstream, before, when we prepare. To activate the living is to become aware; it is to understand and not to understand; it is to feel and to analyze what one feels. It is therefore the opposite of immediate profit. It is to take a step back, a distance. It is to be put at a distance by what we observe. This is where the living intervenes; when it "tells" the consciousness that the "Other" exists, in all its forms, the most repulsive as well as the most attractive. If we don't want to see this, we just live. That may be enough. But if one is moved by a taste for creation, one wants to hear Dr. Frankenstein cry out "It's alive! "and not just walk around on the arm of your chosen one.

Yes, we understand all that, but it's good to have elected officials. They will always pass. They are designed for that; to pass; to rejoice in being alive and produce life, where the living will have been uncovered.
